Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 25, 2026
This Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Lookmix mobile application and its website (the "Service"). Lookmix is provided by Sviatoslav Mazur ("we", "us", or "the Company"). The Policy also explains how that information is used, shared and protected.
By using the Service and submitting information, you agree to the practices described in this Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Wardrobe photos. Images of clothing items you upload to build your wardrobe, and their metadata.
- Wardrobe data. Item type, color, tags, descriptions, and the outfits you save or plan.
- Profile data. The family profiles you create — a name and optional details (adult/child, birth year, avatar).
- Location city. The city you set so we can retrieve weather forecasts. We do not track precise or background GPS location.
Payment transaction data
When you subscribe to a paid plan via In-App Purchase, payment is processed directly by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not collect or store your full card or bank details. Through our payments processor (RevenueCat) we receive transaction/subscription confirmation data — such as your subscription tier, status, transaction identifier and billing period — to activate and maintain your subscription.
Information collected automatically
- Device identifier. An identifier used to keep your wardrobe tied to your account.
- Advertising identifier. With your permission (via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), we and our advertising partner (Meta) may access your device's advertising identifier to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns and understand how users discover Lookmix. If you decline the prompt, this identifier is not used for tracking.
- Usage data. Feature-usage counters (to enforce plan limits) and basic app interaction data.
- Log data. Standard server logs, which may include IP address and request timestamps.
2. How we use your information
- To recognize and organize your clothing and generate outfit suggestions.
- To adapt suggestions to the weather for your chosen city.
- To operate your account, enforce plan limits, and process subscriptions.
- To maintain, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
To provide AI recognition and styling, your clothing photos and item descriptions are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use your content for advertising.
Advertising and analytics
We promote Lookmix through advertising campaigns on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To understand which campaigns bring new users and to measure their effectiveness, we use the Meta SDK, which may share limited data — such as your device's advertising identifier and app events (for example, install or subscription) — with Meta. On iOS, this tracking happens only if you allow it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, the advertising identifier is not used for tracking. We do not display third-party ads inside the App, and we do not sell your personal information.
3. Third parties we share data with
We share limited data only with processors needed to run the Service:
- Google (Gemini API) — clothing photos and descriptions, for recognition and outfit generation.
- OpenWeather — your chosen city name, to retrieve weather and forecasts.
- RevenueCat — a user identifier and purchase events, to manage subscriptions.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — with your consent, your device's advertising identifier and app events, to measure and optimize our advertising campaigns.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — payment and subscription billing.
- Hosting/infrastructure providers — to store and serve your data securely.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to detect or prevent fraud or abuse, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition). Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy.
4. International data transfers
Some processors (such as Google) operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from yours. We take reasonable measures to protect your information whenever it is transmitted, stored or processed.
5. Data retention & deletion
Your wardrobe and account data are stored on our servers and cached on your device. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required by law. You can delete individual items, outfits and profiles in the App. To delete your entire account and associated data, contact us at digitalflow.global@gmail.com.
6. Children & family profiles
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Family profiles — including profiles that represent children — are created and managed solely by the adult account holder, who is responsible for any information added to them. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, contact us and we will remove it and deactivate the associated account.
7. Security
We regard the security of your information as important and use measures such as encrypted transmission and access controls to protect it against unauthorized access, disclosure or modification. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at digitalflow.global@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
California residents (CCPA)
If you reside in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell your personal information.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, we process your data on the legal bases of performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests, and legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Ukraine residents
If you reside in Ukraine, we process your personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". You have the right to access your data, to know how and by whom it is processed, to request correction or deletion, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman).
9. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party sites or services that have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices; please review their policies.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notified in the App. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates your acceptance.
